Days are passing by. Im in Hong Kong. MY new Job is in the New EAST HOTEL HONG KONG. I have taken on the Executive Chef title. It's a very funky looking hotel with great food and a roof top bar over looking Hong Kong Harbour.
Oh my god. It started at 2.30pm. The scissors came out with a few insecure giggles. Then the clippers o oh got to go. An amazing day had by thousands of people gathered at the rocks for the Coffee festival. Some really nice new blends on the market which is good to see. A lot of exciting little goodies for sale. Overall the whole event was great. Hi guys great day out. We went to Newtown to the greatest coffee place on earth. The place was bustling with over worked coffee grinders, steaming posts creaming the milk to perfection and also happy people sipping on something thats really special. |
